I just finished the course with Michael and think its been one of the most educational and fun 9 days I've enjoyed in skydiving. The course is tough, but fair, and Michael walks you through the course with commitment to help you excel. His commitment to the candidates is noticed and appreciated. The course is organized, well thought out, clear, concise, extremely professional and educational. I highly recommend any of Michael's courses to anyone. Thanks Michael. Best Regards, Marcel

Mike is an outstanding role model and instructor and you should definately attend one of his courses if you want to progress in skydiving. Even if you don't aspire to become a coach or instructor, you will learn a lot in his courses and ultimatley become a better skydiver. If you do want to coach and instruct others, he will show you how to do so expertly since he is truly one of the best. If you're already an experienced trainer he'll help you get even better. USPA is lucky to have him as a course director since he sets the standards high and then shows people how to achieve them. He perfectly talks the talk, and walks the walk, and he is a great trainer for other trainers.

I just completed Michaels coach course at Skydive the Farm. His professionalism and attention to detail are exemplary. The course was extraordinarily informative and most of all structured. You can expect detailed information in an organized manner. During the evaluation skydives Michael will put you in a real world situation causing you to utilize the skills you learn during the course. You can not go wrong taking this course from Micheal. His course is an awesome value for your skydiving dollars.

I just finished the coach course last weekend at Skydive East Tennessee. I had no idea it was going to be that intense! I really feel that I learned a lot that will help make me a better skydiver and benefit anyone I coach. Thanks Michael!!

Mike, My DZ keeps bringing you back for another trip to East Tennessee. It must have something to do with the high quality of instruction and professionalism you bring with you. Your former candidates are quick to endorse you to the next group of candidates. June 2-4 you will hold a Static Line Instructor Course followed by a Coach Course on June 5-7. It pleases me to have you again (will this be the 4th and 5th event you've staged?). And I'll be really happy for you to see our new facilities at Skydive East Tennessee. Cheers! Gary

I was fortunate enough to get the positive feedback both through personal observation & through my boyfriend; who was one of Mike's AFFI candidates, recently. The course proved to be a very rigid, yet precise in all aspects of training from the pre-course, ground/ classroom to practice & test jumps. Mike makes it a point to individually 'conclude' each candidates particular personalities & comprehension & utilizes his Evaluator 'tools' & focuses in on them, with his Training. He definitely gives it his 'all' & pushes the candidates each to give it their 'all'. I too; am proud to say... due to Mike's Evaluator training...My boyfriend will now be MY AFFI. Thank you, Mike...I'm happy to know you & call you my good friend!

I was nervous about taking the AFF course due to all of the horror stories I had heard over the years. All I heard was "don't do this or you will fail", "do that so you don't fail", the hazing stories were horrible! All I can say is that Mike is a true professional who loves his job and wants to teach so you can learn! I was not intimidated. I was not nervous. I was honestly excited to "go hot" and do my evaluation jumps! Thank you, Mike, for making this such a great Pre-AFF-Course and Evaluation Course. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who is considering getting their rating!

Recently I Took Mike's AFFI Pre Course and AFFI Course at Skydive Midwest in Sturtevant Wisconsin. and I will Say That Mike was Truly a Professional at teaching Us Everything that We needed to know about Being an AFFI. His Knowledge and Enthusiam Shows Thru. He Takes The Time To Make Sure That each Individual Candidate is FULLY Trained and Ready to go, and when You Finish The Course, You'll Know That You Are Ready and Capable of Teaching and Taking Each and Every Student Out With You. If You are thinking about taking an Instructor Course, Take His. Thanks Mike,You Truly are a Great I/E and I am Proud To say That I Learned from You. See You Soon!
